Ethiopia is often considered the birthplace of coffee. The genetic diversity of the coffee beans grown here alone is greater than that found in the rest of the world. A fabulous coffee from the Shakisso neighborhood in the Guji district of Oromia. Grown at an altitude of about 2,000 meters above sea level, the beans are known for having excellent conditions for coffee, with abundant rainfall and fertile soils. It is similar to the traditional Yirgacheffe but also contains additional local genotypes from plant varieties grown in the region's forests.
It has a medium-bodied finish with an exceptional fresh citrus acidity, reminiscent of floral aroma, orange and bergamot. Its persistent taste is characterized by hints of fresh fruit and spices.
