For many years, we have been seeking to maintain a healthy life by trying to eat healthy, stay away from chemicals, and add yoga and meditation to our lives. As a necessity of corporate life, sitting in front of the computer for long hours and that we and our children are constantly exposed to the electromagnetic field effects (EMF) of the phone, computer and TV, pushed us to research how to protect ourselves from these, and at that time, we came across the Clint Ober’s “Grounding” book and enlightened us on this issue.
