Kage gains character with the feeling of shadow created by natural color transitions and light dark touches on the surface. The fluid structure of white glaze combines with the warm earth tones below, while the dark traces that appear from time to time complete this balance.

The flowable form at the bowl's spout is designed to make pouring easier when preparing matcha. The traces and color gradients on the surface have been deliberately preserved, giving each piece its own unique character.

Each product is hand-shaped; differences in form and glaze are the natural result of this process.

Bamboo accessories (chasen and chashaku) used to complete the ritual in the photos are not included in the price. You can order separately if you wish.
