Sahara Blues Vadi Choker Necklace

Vadi Choker was inspired by the dualities that shape life in the desert: life and death, water and thirst, earth and sky, scorching heat and bone-chilling cold.

One of the landscapes I encountered in Morocco was the date palm groves stretching along the Draa Valley. The deep blue of the sky met the dry earth and the green of the land. This view, where green met soil and life coexisted with drought, allowed me to see the desert's unique balance. The dunes, shaped day by day by the dry earth and wind, bore witness to the desert's constant transformation.

The name Vadi (Valley) was born from the idea of bringing these contrasts together in one place; for me, it expresses the convergence of different worlds.

Handcrafted from brass with Lapis Lazuli and Malachite inlays, the Vadi Choker is a piece inspired by this ever-changing structure of the desert.
