We don't just create decorative objects. By respecting the history of materials, we give them a new meaning and create unique, timeless designs. Each piece is the result of a unique production process where handcraftsmanship, sustainable production, and non-repetitive design converge. Reclaimed wood pieces, various textures, and carefully selected materials form the foundation of each work. These fragments are the beginning of a new story with their traces, characters, and pasts.

Every Lou’s Concept work is entirely handmade. Hundreds of pieces are individually selected, placed, and balanced. The natural texture of the materials, surface marks, and the character they have gained over time are preserved. Instead of aiming for perfection, we see these natural differences that make each work unique as the most valuable part of the design. At first glance, you see a single composition. As you get closer, you discover the unique texture, character, and story of each piece. All details that seem independent come together to form a single, balanced whole.
