Wearable Design Object
One half of this face remains under the hair; neither fully visible nor entirely giving itself away. NO.106 was intentionally left incomplete—letting the observer complete the rest. Carried as a small ceramic piece on a shirt; it is a character that changes as you approach it and piques curiosity from a distance. Because it is hand-shaped, this "half" state belongs only to it.
Does not pierce fabric
Most accessories attach to clothing with a needle and leave a mark. NO.106, however, slides over the existing button. It does not pierce the fabric. Attaching and removing it takes only a few seconds.
You don't wear something new. You transform the shirt you are already wearing.
How to use
Pass the piece over the existing button on your shirt. You can use it on the collar button, along the front placket, or on the cuff. It attaches with a single motion; you can take it off and attach it to another shirt if you wish. You can see its use at the collar level in the photograph.
How it was produced
NO.106 is a hand-shaped stoneware piece. Each character is reshaped by hand; therefore, no face ever repeats itself exactly. The most prominent detail of this character is its hair, combed to one side and crossing over one side of the face. Each face takes its place in the series with its own number. The red dot signature of the brand is located on the back side. This dot is not an ornament; it is the brand's silent signature.
Material
Stoneware is a durable ceramic fired at high temperatures.
