SOFT CAKE POWDER MIX:
Ingredients: Date powder, oat flour, flaxseed, coconut sugar, sodium bicarbonate, cauliflower powder, cinnamon
Ingredients to be added: 2 tea glasses (200 ml.) of water, 1 tea glass (100 ml.) of water or soda, 3/4 cup (150 ml.) of tahini
Preparation:
Add the liquids into the whole powder mixture and make sure that the powder dissolves in the liquid. Pour the mixture into a greased cake mold (recommended mold diameter 17 CM.-19 CM.) Bake at 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
Alternative Method:
Total preparation and cooking time is about 10 minutes. If you are having time problems, pour the cake mix you prepared into a pan with a thick bottom and a greased bottom, cover it with a napkin, close the lid and let it cook on low heat. Check it at regular intervals and turn the cake over when the base is cooked and starts to harden. Do the same for the other side. Let the baked cake cool. With this method, you will have a faster and softer cake texture. Enjoy your meal.

Ingredients: Date powder, hazelnut flour, almond flour, gluten-free rice flour, flaxseed, cocoa, coconut sugar, chia seeds, sodium bicarbonate
Ingredients to be added: 2.5 tea glasses (250 ml.) of water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil (20 ml.)
Preparation:
Add 2.5 tea glasses (250 ml.) of water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil (20 ml.) into the whole powder mixture, mix and pour into a greased cake mold. We recommend using a baton and a non-stretch cake mold. Your cake will be ready to eat in 40 minutes in the oven at 160 degrees. In between, check whether you have a cake with the toothpick method. If the dough does not stick to the toothpick, it means you have a cake. Do not remove it from the mold before it cools down. Enjoy your meal.
RAISIN COOKIE POWDER MIXTURE:
Ingredients: Dried mulberry, oat flour, raw buckwheat flour, raisins, almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed, tapioca starch, cauliflower powder, sodium bicarbonate
Ingredients to be added: 1 tea glass (100 ml.) water, 1/2 tea glass (50 ml.) olive oil
Preparation:
Add 1 tea glass (100 ml.) of water and 1/2 tea glass (50 ml.) of olive oil to the whole powder mixture. Make sure that the whole powder is dissolved in the liquid. Cut your dough into small pieces and place them on the tray. It will bake in the oven at 160 degrees in 20 minutes. It may differ from oven to oven. It will fry very quickly, please check it from time to time. Enjoy your meal.
Alternative Method 1:
Bake the cookies in small snacks and let them cool. Combine coconut powder, a little cinnamon, some cocoa in a jar according to your taste, and shake the jar by taking the cookies into this jar. Your cookies will be coated in the powder mixture. Enjoy your meal.
