Dual Fan Technology

Thanks to its Dual Fan Technology, the Sedona® Classic dryer provides quiet operation, efficient energy consumption, and creates balanced airflow in all trays.

Dual Fan Technology consists of two 300-watt computer-controlled fans. This control allows you to operate two fans simultaneously in two drying chambers together or independently of each other in one chamber. With Dual Fan Technology, it allows Sedona® to operate at 600 watts or 300 watts of power, depending on your needs, in two separate drying zones.

Preserves Nutrients with Anti-Overheat Feature
Sedona® Classic dryer protects enzymes from spoilage thanks to its Anti-Overheat feature. It achieves this by allowing you to set it to the maximum temperature instead of the average temperature. The temperature never rises above the setting, thus preventing raw food from overheating as well. Each drying chamber has a separate temperature sensor. This sensor monitors the current temperature of each set of independent fan heaters, improving the efficiency and overall quality of the drying process.

Cleaning and Usage Tips

We do not recommend cleaning your product with water. Use a damp towel to clean it. Never use your dryer in a damp room, such as a bathroom.
Do not block the vents and expose your dryer to high temperatures above 80°C while it is running.
Do not store dried foods in Sedona, remove them immediately

*Ideal drying temperature and time, nutrients such as enzymes and vitamins are maximally preserved at a drying temperature below 42°C. The drying time varies depending on several factors, including moisture content, ripeness, average thickness, set drying temperature, and total fill of the dryer. The drying time should be adjusted to allow the food to dry completely. As a general rule, you can place a few slices or pieces between two fingers to see if they are still wet or damp. If the surface no longer sticks to your fingers or the surfaces of the slice or pieces do not slide against each other, drying is sufficient. You can choose to shorten the drying time by increasing the temperature.
