Nature of Hand Casting and Forged Product:

- Our products are molded in a 100-year-old workshop handed down from master to master, in the ancestral furnace and casting molds, completely by hand and with intense labor.

- When the A quality brass ingots, melted in a furnace heated to 1100 degrees, become liquid, they are poured into sand molds. When the molds left to cool are opened, the first raw products are reached.

- After rough sanding, the products that pass the quality control process are taken to the fine sanding process.

- Scotch treatment is also applied for a matte appearance.

- For the preference of forged appearance, the products are carefully and meticulously forged by our competent tattoo master with 60 years of experience, using different methods to suit the form of each product.

- For a Gold & Dark appearance, our products that come out of fine sandpaper are polished on the outer surfaces. A dark appearance is also provided by oxidation process on the inside.

Important:

Since our products are completely handmade and produced with traditional methods, traces that can be seen on the surfaces, even if they are small, are not mistakes. It is due to the nature of the material.

Due to the nature of the material, darkening may occur on the surfaces of brass products due to use. You can clean it with rinse aids or with a Skotch cloth.
