hipicon is an online design store that offers ‘designers/brands’ best selections. hipicon aims to provide you with an enjoyable and extraordinary shopping experience while sharing inspiring content. hipicon also aims to collaboratively construct new projects with its designers/brands to create a better world with design.
• How can I sell my designs/products on hipicon.com?
If you want to be one of our designers, please proceed to the “about us” page and fill out the application. We will get back to you as soon as possible about your inquiry.
• Is there a store?
We are an online design store; we do not have an offline store.
• How can I contact hipicon?
You can always email us via firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply to your mail within 24 hours.
•How does hipicon work with its designers?
Our relationship with our designers is based on mutual trust and improvement. We don’t solely act as a sales platform, but also as a social platform to promote our designers as well. We are an open platform where we enjoy working with designers/brands collaboratively.
•What does ''Happiness in a box'' contain?
hipicon.com works for happiness of its customers. Our mission is to satisfy our customers 100% with their purchases, by creating a unique online shopping experience. If they are not satisfied with the product for any reason, we have a 14 days return policy. Our customers’ satisfaction is extremely important to us. In order to guarantee customer satisfaction, we offer post-purchase support and the right to return any item, unless specified on the product page, within 14 days upon delivery.
• I forgot my password, how can I change it?
If you forgot your password please go ahead and click the “Forgot My Password?” button where you sign in. You will be asked to enter your email address that belongs to your account. You will receive an e-mail with a link that will allow you to change your password.
• How safe is my personal information?
Yes all your information on your account is totally safe! Our site uses a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all personal information sent during the checkout process.
• How do I proceed through the checkout process?
Once you are done adding items to your Shopping Bag, simply go over the Shopping Bag badge and click ‘’Checkout,’’ and we will guide you through the checkout process.
• What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Maestro and Paypal.
• When will I be charged?
You will be charged directly through your payment method once you place the order.
• Does hipicon.com handle international duties and taxes?
Unfortunately we do not cover international duties and taxes. Your patient at the checkout will include your purchase and the shipping costs. Please note that other fees may apply according to country and governmental laws upon customs. As the recipient, you will be held liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country into which you want your order to be delivered.
• How do I apply a discount code to my order?
You can enter your discount code on the Payment Page. Once you enter the code in the Add Promo Code box and click the Apply button, the discount will be reflected on the total charge immediately.
• How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status from your account page under ‘’My Order.’’ If you have any questions regarding your order status please do not hesitate to contact us.
• How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a TNT tracking code. You can track your package from www.tnt.com with your this code.
• Can I change my order once it has been placed?
If your order has not been shipped yet, you can change your order. An item that has been already delivered cannot be replaced. At this time we are only accepting returns within 14 days of arrival, if you wish you can return the product you received and place a replacement order.
• Can I cancel an order?
You can only cancel an order before it has been despatched. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us via email@example.com or call us at +90 216 380 08 28 Monday through Friday from 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM GMT+2.
• Is it safe to use my credit card online at hipicon.com?
Absolutely! hipicon.com processes its online payments through secure servers. SSL security and anti-fraud features protect our system.
• Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, we do! All of our products are packaged carefully for you, and the orders selected as gifts are packaged with different stickers. We also give you the opportunity to write your best wishes on a card to be placed in the order. If you wish to add a message, don't forget to write your message on the Basket Page so that we can have it placed in the box.
• What is the currency you withdrawal?
You can choose your preferred currency among Dollar, Euro and Turkish Liras. Keep in mind that some credit card companies may accept only one of the currencies mentioned previously.
• Can you ship products anywhere?
hipicon.com offers worldwide shipping with TNT Express, unless specified on the product page.
• How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost may vary depending on the item and the location of delivery. The total of your shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout, after the shipping address is provided. Please note that other customs fees and taxes may apply depending on the country and governmental laws.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Shipping times will vary depending on the item. Each items' expected time for shipping is stated on the product page, purchase page, and in your order confirmation e-mail. If you have multiple products in your shopping bag with different delivery times, your complete order will be delivered according to the item with the latest delivery date. Please note that delivery time is counted as business days, and we cannot make shipments and deliveries on Turkey's national holidays.
• Can I make changes to my shipping address after I place my order?
You may change your shipping address only if your order has not been dispatched yet. If you want to change the shipping address you placed for your order please contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +90 216 380 08 28 Monday through Friday from 10.00 AM to 05.00 PM GMT+2.
• How do I know if my order has shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment information. You will be able to easily track your order with the tracking code you will receive with this e-mail.
• I have received an email about the shipment, but my order is still not here, what should I do?

• My delivery has been delayed, why is that?
We want you to have a great shopping experience! We aim to meet our promised delivery times and we demand all designers/brands on hipicon.com to do the same. Unfortunately orders may sometimes be delayed for various reasons beyond our control such as production time etc. We will notify you as soon as we come across such possible delays on your order.
• How long will it take to receive my order after it has been shipped?
We ship with TNT Express, and it takes 2-4 business days.
• Do you internationally ship all the products shown on hipicon.com?
Unfortunately we can not ship products that are over the varying weight/volume ratio internationally. You can check if an item can be shipped worldwide from the details section on the product page.
• What is the return policy?
You can return your items within 14 days of receiving your order. We only ask for the items you are returning to be in original condition and unworn, unwashed or not defective. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns made within 14 days of the receiving date will be issued a full refund to the original payment method excluding the original shipping cost.
• Can I return swimwear?
Yes you can return swimwear within 14 days of delivery date. However we can only accept returned items that are in the condition that they were received in, with the original packaging, tags and hygiene strip intact.
• How do I return an item?
To return an item, please submit a return request via our firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail address. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We will review your request and issue you a return authorization upon approval and provide you with the mailing address for your return via e-mail. All items must arrive unused and in the original packaging. hipicon is not responsible for the lost or damaged items through a return.
• What is the exchange policy?
Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange. You may return your product within 14 days after receiving the order and re-order your replacement item.
• Are returns free?
Return shipping costs for a refund are not covered nor reimbursed by hipicon, and are the responsibility of the buyer.
• What if the item I received is damaged?
Though we hope this never happens, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us by e-mailing email@example.com and we will help sort out the issue.
• How long will it take my return to be processed?
We try and process returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received the item it will go trough return authorization. Once the return is accepted it will be ready for the refund. We will refund your money to the payment method for the purchase. You will receive an e-mail notification once the refund is issued. It may take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your online statement depending on your bank.
