Leyla Borovalı was born and raised in İzmir, Turkey. After graduating from Parsons School of Design with degrees in illustration, printmaking and 3D design, she put her knowledge into the new space she established her first studio . Atölye Leyla mainly focuses on her ceramic and design practices where she pays great attention and respect to her heritage and cultural values. This is a studio where her ideas come to life embodied by clay, color and form.
