Necklace Features

• Gold-plated steel and/or brass apparatus is used. 

• The length of our necklace is designed as 80 + 5 cm; However, due to the use of natural stones, small differences of 1-2 cm in length may occur. The length of the apparatus at the end of our necklace is 5 cm and the stone used is agate. 

Our products are produced in limited numbers with handcraft. Since the materials we use in our designs are natural stones, they may differ in color, size and shape with the products in the image.

Use and Care Recommendation

Natural stones are stones that are formed naturally and obtained from nature. Our product, which consists of special natural stones, requires careful care. It should not come into contact with alcohol (perfume, cologne, cream, etc.), any substance containing chemicals and water.  If you are using cosmetic products, you must have finished your preparation and your skin should be dry before putting on your accessory.

When there is a need for cleaning, it should be gently wiped with a clean, dry and soft cloth. Cloths with abrasive surfaces should not be used. We recommend that it be wiped off after each use. When not in use, it should be stored away from heat and moisture.

Natural Stone Guarantee

Premium quality original natural stones are used in our products and the originality of our stones is under the guarantee of Theia GemWorks.  Under this warranty, you are required to present your invoice. Usage errors, repairs and changes made outside Theia GemWorks, natural changes caused by the structure of natural stone are not covered by the warranty.

Repair Warranty:

products you purchase are under an indefinite Theia GemWorks repair warranty, with shipping and shipping fees belonging to our customers.

Your Cargo

Orders are delivered to cargo within 2 to 4 business days after they are approved. 

Returns

product(s) you have purchased; You can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery of your cargo to you. In the case of more than one product purchase, only one shipping is free if the products are shipped separately for return.

Products must be returned in full in the original packaging as received by our customer. Returns will not be accepted if the returned product(s) are not properly packaged and damaged in the cargo. 

Exchanges and returns of products that have been labeled and/or used for personal health and hygiene reasons are not accepted. 

Returns are not accepted when the products lose their originality, modification, wear, damage or deficiency.

Returns are not accepted for products that are produced or modified by the special request of our customers.

In cases where the return conditions are not in accordance with the product conditions, the product will be sent back to your address.
