Inspired by the warm tones of the earth, the Dojō matcha set brings the traditional Japanese tea ritual to your home with a modern interpretation. Handmade and unique, only 1 piece was produced. The word dojo means "place of the path" in Japanese. In Zen philosophy, it is known as the area where the soul deepens and mastery begins. The warm earth tones of this set also invite you to your own matcha journey. Features of the Dojō Set: • It is completely handmade. • Each part is specially shaped and glazed on a lathe. • Only one set was produced. There is no same, no reproduction. Set Contents (3 Pieces): • 1 matcha bowl (chawan) • 1 beater stand (kusenaoshi) • 1 tea glass (yunomi) Optional: • 1 bamboo spoon (chashaku) • 1 bamboo beater (chasen) How to use? Add 1–2 grams of matcha powder to the matcha bowl. Add about 70–80°C of hot water to it. Beat quickly with the bamboo whisk in a "W" motion. When it's foaming, it's ready! After using the beater, place it on its stand and enjoy your matcha with your ceramic cup. Note: Due to the fact that it is handmade, there may be slight differences in form and texture. These natural differences make the product special, not a defect.
